Light Therapy

Our saunas can incorporate different colored lights as part of chromotherapy or color light therapy.

Blue light is often used in saunas to promote relaxation and a sense of calm. It is believed to help reduce stress, anxiety, and promote a peaceful state of mind. Blue light is commonly associated with tranquility and can create a soothing atmosphere during a sauna session.

Red light is known for its energizing and revitalizing properties. It is believed to promote increased circulation, stimulate collagen production, and improve skin tone and texture. Red light may also help with muscle recovery, reducing inflammation, and enhancing overall vitality and well-being.

Yellow light is associated with warmth, joy, and optimism. It can help uplift the mood, enhance mental clarity, and stimulate creativity. Yellow light is often used to boost energy levels and create a cheerful and inviting ambiance within the sauna.

Green light is often associated with balance, harmony, and renewal. It is believed to have a calming effect on the nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing tension. Green light is also thought to support emotional healing and provide a sense of rejuvenation.

Try one per session or alternate between whatever you choose.  Each color is believed to have its own unique effects on the mind and body, and the specific benefits can vary based on individual preferences and responses.
